How to reach us
Email feedback@manipulationscore.com for privacy questions, accessibility feedback, incorrect or harmful output reports, correction requests, and general product feedback.
Email security@manipulationscore.com for security vulnerabilities. Do not post exploit details publicly before a fix is available.
You may also open a public bug report on GitHub for non-sensitive technical issues when the repository is accessible.
Response target: we aim to acknowledge feedback and security reports within five business days. Complex corrections may take longer; status updates are sent by email.
What not to send
- Private messages you analyzed—paste only short, de-identified examples when necessary.
- Names, phone numbers, addresses, or other identifying information about people in your messages.
- Emergency situations—contact local emergency services or a crisis line instead.
For emergencies or immediate danger, call local emergency services. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. See Resources on the homepage for additional crisis links.
Reporting incorrect output
When reporting a false positive or false negative:
- Describe what Clarity showed (score, functions, or safety notice).
- Explain what you expected and why.
- If you include an example, use synthetic or heavily de-identified text.
- Note the screening version shown in the footer (currently v0.3.1).
Disputed examples may be added to the regression test suite without publishing your original message.
