Acceptance

By using Clarity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

Educational purpose

Clarity is an educational reflection tool. It highlights language patterns that may appear in pressured communication. It does not diagnose people, assess safety, provide legal advice, or replace professional counseling or crisis services.

No warranty

Clarity is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pattern detection is heuristic and incomplete. Scores and signals may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Clarity and any responses you send. Do not rely on Clarity for emergency decisions, legal proceedings, or clinical judgments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainers of Clarity are not liable for any damages arising from use of the tool.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
